These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of elv3n.com and any purchase from ELV3N ("ELV3N", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase or create an account. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial shopping. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at order@elv3n.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors may vary by screen and minor differences in fit or finish can occur. Products are subject to availability and we may discontinue items at any time.

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm payment and send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors; if we do, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged.

Payments are handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe. ELV3N does not store your full card number or security code.

All sales are final. We accept returns or replacements only for defective, damaged or incorrect items, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. We do not offer exchanges for size or preference.

Only customers who purchased a product can review it. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. If you received anything of value for a review (for example a free product or discount), you must say so in the review. Earning membership XP for a review does not depend on the rating you give.

We may remove content that is spam, abusive, hateful, unlawful, off-topic, contains personal information, or infringes others' rights. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.

By posting content you grant ELV3N a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and marketing in connection with the product. You confirm you have the right to share it.

• Using the site for any unlawful purpose
• Scraping, data mining or automated bulk purchasing
• Reselling products in violation of these Terms
• Uploading malware or attempting to breach security
• Posting false, misleading or fake reviews
• Impersonating any person or business

The site relies on third-party providers (for example payment and fulfillment providers). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. See also our Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELV3N will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify ELV3N against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of VIRGINIA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
