When you can cancel
You can request a cancellation any time before your order begins fulfillment. Because we start preparing orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible.
How to request
Orders can't be cancelled from your account. Email order@elv3n.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
After fulfillment begins
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Because all sales are final, we can't accept it back unless it is defective, damaged or incorrect — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If we confirm your cancellation, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Any XP redeemed on the order is returned to your account.
Customized or personalized orders
Customized or personalized items can't be cancelled once production has started.
Cancellations by ELV3N
We may cancel an order because of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we do, we'll notify you and refund any amount charged.
