If you start checkout but don't finish, we may keep the name, email, phone and cart you entered so we can help complete your order.

We use essential cookies and local storage to run the site (for example your cart and sign-in). Optional cookies are only used with your consent. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not currently use third-party analytics tools on this site. If we add any, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking technologies.

Payments are processed by Stripe. They receive your payment details directly and handle them under their own privacy policies. We never store full card numbers or security codes.

We share your name, shipping address and order contents with our fulfillment system and shipping carriers so your order can be delivered and tracked.

We use trusted providers to run the store, including:

• Stripe — payment processing
• WooCommerce — product catalog, inventory and order fulfillment
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot and fraud protection
• Hosting, database and email delivery providers — running the website and sending account and order emails

We share personal information only with the service providers above, when required by law, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger. We do not sell your personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, order records are kept for tax and accounting purposes — and then delete or anonymize it.

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to limit certain uses. To make a request, email hello@elv3n.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We only send marketing messages if you opt in (we do not currently send marketing emails). Placing an order does not sign you up for marketing. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. Order and account emails are transactional and are sent regardless.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide a way to opt out. You can also manage optional cookies at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
